Are you a seasoned appointment setter with experience in the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) industry? We’re looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive reliable and timely transportation services.

Utilize your NEMT expertise to confidently communicate services, procedures, and best practices.
Make outbound calls to schedule transportation appointments while addressing and overcoming objections effectively.

Provide outstanding service to clients by listening actively, building rapport, and ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain professionalism with excellent telephone etiquette and a clear, fluent command of the English language (no accent). Manage and organize client schedules, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in the NEMT industry or related fields.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on meeting client expectations.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling and documentation tools.
